Mondays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3.45 p.m.
On the eve of public holidays, the time for the reception of applications is reduced by one hour.
Persons may submit requests and complaints to the Administration: by post, in person or through a representative. The representative’s right to represent must be proved by a written consent.
